CULTURAL CONCERNS

    • No, I have designed these in a way that allows everyone to display/ wear my artwork no matter where in the world you are from!

    • No! These designs are not intended to be replicated on the skin and that would be considered disrespectful to our artform. So please DO NOT get any of these designs tattooed.

ORDERS

    • I can only accept and process cancellation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact me with your order details and I’ll issue you a full refund.

    • Multiple discounts cannot be stacked at checkout. If items are already discounted, an additional or alternative discount cannot be applied to your order.

    • All art prints take about 1-2 weeks to process before I can ship them. Shipping times can take another 1 -2 weeks on top of that depending on where you live.

Shipping and returns

  • Yes!

    • Most merchandise is printed on demand at a factory within your nearest major territory (NA, EU, AUS) so shipping times will vary depending on your location.

    • Art prints are only printed and shipped from New Zealand so expect longer and more expensive shipping the further away you are.

    • International customers are responsible for any additional import or customs fees that may be imposed. Shipping fees charged on behalf of the Tu Edmonds store do not cover any possible import or customs fees. 

  • Merchandise:

    • Because of the way orders are print on demand I can only accept replacements on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, I will send a replacement item free of charge.

    • Please, contact me should you want to process a return within 30 days upon receipt of the order. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

    Art Prints

    • Art prints run the risk of being damaged during shipping. If this happens, I can offer a refund for the product cost but not for the shipping cost.

    • Returns are accepted on all orders, but customers are responsible for the cost of return freight.

    • Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned. 

    • Please, contact me should you want to process a return within 30 days upon receipt of the order. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.
